Watermelon Popsicles

Serves 2


  • 2 cups watermelon, small pieces

Seasoned Cook: 1 pound of watermelon is equal to 1 ½ cups of cubed watermelon.


  • Chop watermelon into small pieces and place in blender.
  • Set blender to purée and blend for 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Fill molds and freeze overnight.
