Simple Dill Yogurt Dip

Makes 1 1/4 cup


  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon red or green onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup cucumber, shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dry)

Seasoned Cook: For easy storage and no clean-up, buy yogurt in a 1 cup serving and mix ingredients directly into the resealable container.
