Easy Tzatziki

Serves 6


  • ½ cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill or mint, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced (1-2 Tablespoon)

Seasoned Cook: Use this recipe to top your favorite fish or chicken dish.


  • Grate cucumber. Using a paper towel, squeeze out excess liquid.
  • Combine all ingredients and serve chilled.
