Yogurt and Curry Dressing

  • Yogurt and Curry Dressing
  • ¾ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • pinch black pepper

Whisk the yogurt and buttermilk. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until well mixed. For a thicker consistency that can be used for dips, refrigerate overnight.
